For Candidates

1. Creating an Account

  1. Click "Sign Up" on the homepage
  2. Enter your name, email address, and create a password
  3. Complete the CAPTCHA verification
  4. Click "Create Account"

You'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.

2. Building Your Profile

  1. Navigate to your Profile page after logging in
  2. Fill in your personal information (name, current company, job title)
  3. Add your work experience and education
  4. List your skills (comma separated)
  5. Upload your resume (PDF or DOCX format)

3. Verifying Your Corporate Email

To apply for jobs, you need to verify a corporate email address:

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Enter your corporate (company) email address
  3. Check your corporate email for a verification code
  4. Enter the code on the verification page

4. Applying for Jobs

  1. Browse available positions on the Jobs page
  2. Click on a job to view details
  3. Click "Apply Now" if logged in, or "Login to Apply"
  4. Your application will be sent to the employer

Tip: Make sure your profile is complete before applying. A complete profile increases your chances of being noticed!

5. Tracking Your Applications

  1. Go to "My Applications" in your dashboard
  2. View the status of each application (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, or Rejected)

6. Resetting Your Password

  1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page
  2. Enter your email address and complete the CAPTCHA
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Click the link and enter your new password

For Recruiters/Employers

1. Accessing the Admin Dashboard

Admin access is granted by the system administrator. If you need access, please contact support.

2. Posting a Job

  1. Log in to your admin account
  2. Go to the Jobs section
  3. Click "Create New Job"
  4. Fill in job details (title, company, location, salary, skills required)
  5. Write a detailed job description
  6. Click "Publish" to make the job live

3. Reviewing Applications

  1. Go to "Applications" in the admin panel
  2. View each candidate's profile, resume, and AI evaluation
  3. Update application status as you progress

4. AI-Powered Candidate Evaluation

When candidates apply, our AI automatically evaluates the match between candidates and job requirements based on:

  • Skill alignment
  • Experience level
  • Location preferences
  • Salary expectations

The AI evaluation helps you quickly identify the most suitable candidates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is interview.show free to use?

Yes, interview.show is free for job seekers. Employers may be charged for premium features.

How long does it take to hear back from employers?

Response times vary by employer. Some may respond within days, while others may take weeks. You'll receive an email notification when your application status changes.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account from the Settings page. This will remove all your personal information and application history.

How do I upload my resume?

Go to your Profile page and look for the Resume section. You can upload PDF or DOCX files up to 10MB. After uploading, our AI will automatically parse and extract information from your resume.
